UNN stadium. Lol

That stadium in UNN, has it been completed? LOL
An almost perfect local stadium was demolished in
Nsukka years back. They said they planned to
build a new world-class stadium which will host
the NUGA games. As is customary in Nigeria, a
committee was set up and a mega fund raising
took place. A lot of money exchanged hands and
then something which looks like a badly
constructed hut or poultry was built halfway.
Before you would say Jack, it was already hosting
lectures and not matches, church fellowships and
not track events, love meetings and not any form
of sport activities.
There is corruption in every single institution in
Nigeria and that's where we must start from. The
rot is from the root and not the zenith of
government. We must check ourselves and become
better family members, better citizens of our local
governments and do the basics before facing
sophisticated problems.
